Sree Suktha Homam and Sasthapreethi
Sree Suktham is a composition of grace and divinity. It is embedded in Atharva Veda and also appears as a supplement to Rigveda. Many Vedic scholars think that Sree Suktham originated even before Rigveda. The sadhaka invokes with these Sree Suktham mantras Goddess Maha Lakshmi through Sacred Fire. There are fifteen mantras in the Sree Suktham. By Performing homam several times will all the ingredients as prescribed in puranas, tantras and agamas, one can receive several benefits. The glory of Sree Suktham is also described in Kasyapa-Gnanakandam (Vaikhanasam) scriptures.
